About the role
You'll be Mela's face in farming communities. Farmers will trust Mela because they trust you.
What you’ll do
Meet farmers, cooperatives and local leaders.
Explain clearly what Mela does and what it means for farmers.
Make sure farmer information is accurate and shared with consent.
Bring what you learn in the field back to the team.
What you’ll bring
Experience working with farmers, for example in extension, agribusiness or a cooperative.
Fluent Kiswahili and good English.
Confidence with a smartphone and simple apps.
Willingness to travel within Tanzania.
Nice to have
A diploma or degree in agriculture.
A valid motorcycle or driving licence.
